Our F45 Global Athletes have been fully trained and certified by our Senior Athletics Educator, Juddy Ferguson, and are hitting the road to bring Level 2 Coach Certification Workshops directly to your market.
These free, in-person sessions offer your coaches the chance to level up their skills with practical, advanced training designed to elevate the F45 experience across the board.

What TO BRING:
- Positive attitude, activate participation & respect for others
- Notebook and pen in case you want to take notes (recommended)
- Foldable chair or lawn chair for comfortable seating
- Casual workout clothing, water bottle, and snacks
The workshop will run on the following schedule
